What data we process

Through the contact form we process only the data you provide yourself:

• name,
• email address,
• the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed solely to handle your enquiry, on the basis of your consent given by submitting the form. Providing the data is voluntary.

Retention period

Messages are kept only for as long as necessary to handle the communication, at most 24 months, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with any third parties, nor transfer it outside the EU. It is used only for our mutual communication.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses only a technically necessary cookie for the administration login (not applicable to regular visitors). Any traffic measurement is anonymous and cookieless, which is why the site displays no cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data,
• rectify inaccurate data,
• erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing and object,
• data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Security

Data is stored securely and transmitted encrypted over HTTPS. Only the controller has access to it.
